Who is at greatest risk of getting an STIAnybody who is exposed to infection with STI germs is at risk, no matter what their age or sexual preference. Of course if you don't have sex, you are not at risk. Generally speaking sexually active young people age around 15 to 25 (it differs a bit from country to country), those who have multiple or casual sexual partners or those who don't use a condom are most at risk.
